Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms and conditions:

All fares are payable in USD. A 25 percent deposit of the full fare payable must be made at the time of booking. Full payment at the time of booking is encouraged, however and depending up on the customer, but subject to agreement with Churchill Cruises, a graduated payment scheme can be agreed to with full payment being remitted at least 120 days before the cruise departure date.

Bookings are made based on double, triple, or quadruple occupancy depending on the category of cabin class booked. Once payment is applied, the booking is subject to cancellation policy and charges as given below.

Single Occupancy surcharge: A 70% (percent) surcharge of the full fare will be applied in cases where cabins are booked for single occupancy.

Payments:

All payments including check payments, wire transfers, credit card transactions, will be handled by our GSA – “Canada One Travel”. Canada One Travel manages the ship inventory. When a reservation is made, notification from Canada One Travel will advise the booking agent or traveller the payment schedules.

Documentation and proof of booking:

Final documentation will be issued by our partner, Albatros Expedition once the full payment has been paid. Passengers must review the terms and conditions printed on the cruise tickets and note that compliance with these terms and conditions is mandatory legal requirement for the booking our cruise.

Upgrading to a higher category of cabin is not considered cancellation and as such this cancellation policy and its charges not apply in such cases. This cancellation policy and its charges will however apply, if such upgrades, once made are then cancelled.

Add-on such as shore activities, excursions and/or optional tours are not considered cancellations and as such this cancellation policy and its charges do not apply. This cancellation policy and its charges will however apply, if such add-ons have been booked and paid for by Churchill Cruises to its vendor providing this service.
